Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Auto Glass Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle glass repair and replacement services. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining automotive glass with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure driver safety, vehicle integrity, and customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in auto glass installation, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Valid Drivers License, tools, and transportation to and from work are REQUIRED. Must have previous experience installing auto glass.
Duties
- Remove damaged or broken auto glass safely using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety standards.
- Install new auto glass with precision, ensuring proper fitment and sealing to prevent leaks and wind noise.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when removing or installing large glass panels or components, ensuring proper use of equipment and techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience or background in auto glass repair enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installations or repairs.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures to customers and collaborating with team members effectively.
