We are looking for fun, self-motivated, and personable individuals to be a part of our Elite Team. We're currently hiring part-time bus drivers who will be driving charter and shuttle buses converted into limo buses for weddings, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, proms, corporate events, wine tours, etc.

Rental timeframes range, on average, from 2 - 6 hours. The most common is 4 hours. And on average, 1 - 3 rentals per week.

Pays $18 an hour, potentially earning large tips ($120-$180+) on each rental. Wedding rentals come with a built-in $130 tip, with the potential of earning more.

Flexible hours. We will work with personal schedules. Must be able to work on Friday nights or Saturday afternoons and evenings. A plus if you can drive during the weekdays and/or nights.

Due to insurance requirements, you must be over 26 years old and have CDL class A or B, with 2 years of CDL driving experience. Airbrakes and passenger endorsements are required; however, we can help you obtain those.

Duties Include:

• Drive at least 2-3 weekends each month.
• Perform D.O.T. Pre & Post Trip Inspections for each rental.
• Fill out D.O.T. Log Sheets
• Pre-trip phone call with the renter and/or alternate contact, 2 or 3 days before the rental.
• Clean the bus in between rentals.
• Help renters plan routes and make destination recommendations.
• Take payments using the Driver App.
• Give rules and safety guidelines speech.
• Inspect the bus after each rental for lost items, vomit, or damage.
• Empty the restroom tank at a designated dump site at the end of the night. (If in an applicable bus)
• Remove all trash bags from the bus at the end of the night.
• Fuel Bus
• CDL license required.
• Passenger endorsement required.
• Clean driving record.

The dress code for rentals is business casual: khakis or nicer pants and polos or dress shirts.
