About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for performing various housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care. Housekeeping Aide is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and maintain patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as assigned
• Work closely with nursing staff to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Participate in infection control and prevent measures to ensure the health and safety of residents and staff

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Housekeeping Aide certification or willingness to obtain
