Interested candidates must have at least 6 months of forklift experience within the past 3 years.Forklift Operator Shift and Compensation:Up to $24.30 per hour1st or 2nd shiftsShift and pay may vary depending on the client assignmentForklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities:Operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, order picker or electric pallet jack equipment (depending on assignment)Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficientlyMoving materials throughout the warehousePicking and staging ordersReceiving and storing inventorySupplying production or shipping areas with materialsPerforming routine equipment inspections before each shiftFollowing all OSHA and company safety guidelinesMaintaining a clean and organized work areaAssisting with general warehouse duties as neededForklift Operator Skills and Qualifications:At least 6 months of forklift experience within the past 3 yearsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftReliable transportation and dependable attendanceStrong attention to detailAbility to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPreferred Equipment Experience: Experience operating any of the following equipment is a plus:Sit-Down ForkliftStand-Up ForkliftReach TruckCherry PickerOrder PickerElectric Pallet JackClamp TruckBenefits Offered By Wood Personnel:Weekly PayDirect Deposit or Payroll CardPaid VacationPaid HolidaysReferral BonusPerformance BonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance
