Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families. No Military Affiliation Necessary! So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed? Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers' needs. Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service. Maintains store appearance. Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer. Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required.
