Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT at Healing Connections Therapy, your role will encompass a range of vital responsibilities, including:

- Conducting joint and individual therapy sessions with couples and families to address various challenges. \n
- Developing tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of your clients, addressing issues such as family conflicts, communication difficulties, and transitions like separation or divorce. \n
- Utilizing recognized therapeutic modalities to assist patients in overcoming challenges associated with grief, stress, blended family dynamics, and more. \n
- Assessing individual and family needs regularly to adapt treatment approaches and ensure effective outcomes. \n
- Cultivating a safe, inclusive space for honest dialogue and exploration within family sessions. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support to clients and their families. \n
In your practice, you will primarily interact with adults and adolescents, focusing on delivering therapy to manage issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, adjustment to life changes, and interpersonal conflicts. Your expertise will facilitate an understanding of family dynamics, working to bridge gaps between family members and foster improved relationships.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Proven commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practices in providing therapy. \n
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in family therapy settings, particularly those who have worked with diverse populations. Experience with specific challenges like blended families, mental health issues, and conflicts among family members will be highly regarded. Flexibility to work 30+ hours per week, with varied availability, will also be advantageous.
