This role involves working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and uphold Starbucks' commitment to quality and sustainability. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, adhering to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and customer seating areas.
• Operate coffee-making equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling procedures.
• Uphold Starbucks' standards of quality, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of work.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Starbucks products and services.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or handling is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding measurements.
