Receptionist Schedule & Benefits  

Position: Part-Time Receptionist  

• Varied schedule, 8a-8p or 4p-8p, with varied weekend requirement

• Work Today, Get Paid Today program available.

Receptionist Qualifications  

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

• Previous experience as a Receptionist , administrative assistant, or customer service professional is preferred. 

• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus but is not required. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment. 

• Professional appearance with a positive, dependable attitude. 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team. 

Receptionist Responsibilities  

• Welcome residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude. 

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately. 

• Provide information and assistance to visitors while maintaining excellent customer service. 

• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor inquiries as needed. 

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages. 

• Maintain organized files, records, and front desk documentation. 

• Assist various departments with administrative and clerical support. 

• Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, and other business machines. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. 

• Follow facility security procedures by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and maintaining telecommunications systems. 

• Address routine questions and concerns, escalating issues when appropriate. 

• Perform additional duties assigned to support the daily operations of Complete Care at Ocean Grove .
