Join ATC International LLC as a Shipping Clerk in Carson, CA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate shipments. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our team’s success. Responsibilities:
- Print and prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipments within a tight morning timeline
- Process orders through carrier sites (Shipstation, UPS Worldship, Stamps.com, DHL, Fed Ex)
- Troubleshoot shipping shortages online in Warehouse Management System (Extensiv, 3PL Central)
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries through Microsoft Word email
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and help with scanner trouble shooting
- Utilize shipping software and tools to manage logistics efficiently
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all shipping activities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed.
