What You Will Do
As Kitchen Manager, you will have full ownership of all back-of-house operations, including:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Leading the hiring, training, and ongoing development of all BOH team members
Conducting weekly inventory assessments and managing ordering patterns to maintain appropriate stock levels
Preparing and receiving food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
Monitoring and validating daily prep production
Driving guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability in alignment with company policies and procedures

4 or more years of Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
A demonstrated passion for creating high-quality food
A proven track record of building and developing winning teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
