Travel Nicu Respiratory Therapist

Location: Panama City, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: The Travel NICU Respiratory Therapist will provide specialized respiratory care for patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have experience in adult and Level 3 NICU and demonstrate skills in working with PB 840 and Draeger vents as well as the ability to deliver surfactant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services in the NICU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and respiratory function closely.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist with procedures related to respiratory care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current Respiratory Therapist licensure.
• Experience in an adult and Level 3 NICU setting is a must.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
