Job Summary As our Outdoor Sales Director, you will generate new residential customers through door-to-door sales while simultaneously building and leading a team of sales representatives. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity, you'll be the one who designs the playbook (with support), recruits the team, and sets the standard for how we grow in the field. This role is ideal for an experienced D2D sales professional who wants to step into leadership without stepping away from the field.
