Administrative Support Position
Primary function of this position is to provide administrative support in organization and maintenance of a workforce management system and plant warehouse and storage areas, additionally to provide backup for other staff in functions such as access control, reception, accounts payable and all other administrative functions in the department.
Position will at times work outside and in unheated storage areas and be exposed to disagreeable odors and conditions. In this position you will be: performing functions of a receptionist, working with other staff to collect data, label and enter into databases information on equipment, parts and other stored materials.
You maybe required to preform physical inventory on materials (as needed basis) Must be able to lift 35 lbs minimum. Operating office equipment such as fax machine, copier, printers etc. and arrange repairs as required. Assist and Instruct others in operation as needed. Handles sensitive material with appropriate confidentiality.
