Compensation & schedule- Pay: $17–$25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Shift: Day shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Locations: Whitesboro & Gainesville, TX
- Lay MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welds on a range of materials
- Translate blueprints and specs into accurate, repeatable results
- Deliver strong, neat, inspection-ready welds
- Champion safety and keep your station streamlined and organized
- Direct experience with MIG and/or Stick welding
- Comfortable in a fast-moving production environment
- Detail-focused with a craftsman’s mindset
- Dependable attendance and strong work habits
