This role is dedicated to talent delivery and building deep, specialized pipelines within procurement—not generalist professional recruiting. The emphasis is on procurement-first hiring expertise, not adjacency. Core Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Delivery Own full-cycle recruiting for procurement-specific roles including Category Managers, Sourcing Managers, Procurement Analysts, Strategic Sourcing Leads, and Vendor Management professionals Build and maintain highly targeted pipelines specifically within procurement and supply chain talent markets Deliver candidates who are aligned not only to role requirements but to procurement operating models, category strategies, and sourcing objectives Partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate procurement hiring needs into structured, role-specific recruiting strategies Manage the full candidate lifecycle with a strong focus on quality, fit, and procurement domain alignment Market Specialization Develop and maintain working knowledge of procurement functions including category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and spend analysis Track procurement trends, hiring patterns, and compensation benchmarks across the supply chain ecosystem Build and nurture a high-quality procurement talent network, with emphasis on repeatable pipelines in niche categories Qualifications 3–8+ years of recruiting experience Exposure to procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or closely related enterprise functions preferred (strongly valued, not strictly required) Demonstrated ability to recruit for professional-level or enterprise corporate roles Strong sourcing, engagement, and candidate assessment skills Experience using ATS/CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting What Sets You Apart Clear understanding of procurement functions and their impact on enterprise operations Proven ability to build procurement-specific pipelines, not general corporate talent pools Strong focus on quality, precision, and role alignment over high-volume recruiting Relationship-driven approach with the ability to build trust in niche talent markets Intellectual curiosity and willingness to deepen expertise in procurement and supply chain domains Compensation and Growth Competitive base compensation with performance-based placement incentives Clear pathway into senior recruiting, client-facing, or account leadership roles within procurement-focused talent delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
