We're looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate, patient-focused care. If you want a role where your skills and empathy make a real impact every day, this opportunity is a great fit.
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and self-sufficient Nurse Practitioner to support home-bound patients throughout Northern New Jersey. This role is hands-on, relationship-focused, and allows you to provide consistent, high-quality care directly where patients need it most.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform assessments, vitals, and physical exams
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and visit schedules
- Build trust and provide guidance to patients and families
- Educate on conditions, prevention, and overall health habits
- Promote patient-centered, compassionate care
What You Need
- Active New Jersey NP license
- DEA license
- Malpractice coverage
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently
- Proven NP experience in primary care, ER, clinic, or nursing home settings
Salary
- $130,000 $140,000 per year
