Pay Rate: $36/hour (Temp-to-hire)

Schedule: 1st Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm-may have occasional overtime needs

Location: Snoqualmie, WA

Duties

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, CNC machinery, robotics, and facility systems
• Diagnose issues using multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and other diagnostic tools
• Support maintenance improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability
• Complete accurate work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems
• Conduct root-cause analysis and help drive process improvements
• Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout, PPE, and OSHA requirements
• Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians

Position Requirements

Must have industrial maintenance experience (minimum 3 years)

Must have hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems

Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance

Comfortable using computers and maintenance software

Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $36.00 - $36.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
