Our Bussers and Expos are the connection between the kitchen and the dining room, helping ensure every guest receives exceptional food and service from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with enthusiasm
• Ensure every plate is complete, properly garnished, and meets our quality standards before it leaves the kitchen
• Communicate with the kitchen and Front of House team to keep service running smoothly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming dining room
• Refill waters and assist guests whenever needed
• Stock service stations with plates, silverware, glassware, napkins, and other supplies
• Keep the dining room, expo line, and service areas clean, organized, and ready for service
• Complete restroom checks and maintain a clean, guest-ready environment
• Assist with opening, running side work, and closing duties
• Jump in wherever help is needed because teamwork makes the dream crust

• Sense of urgency and ability to stay organized during busy shifts
• Team-first mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or bus tubs throughout your shift
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
