Night Auditor

Sonesta International Hotels - - Responsibilities: Perform daily night audit functions by balancing and reconciling room, food and beverage, tax, cashier, and guest account transactions; Register guests, assign room keys, provide information regarding hotel services and loyalty programs, answer telephone inquiries, and assist guests with requests; Support the operation of the hotel's marketplace by stocking and maintaining inventory, assisting guests with purchases of snacks, beverages, and other convenience items; Process guest payments and maintain cash-handling procedures, including posting charges, reconciling transactions, preparing deposits, and securing assigned cash banks; Manage individual and group reservations, including bookings, cancellations, modifications, and updates, while promoting room upgrades and other revenue-enhancing opportunities; Serve as the security point of contact during assigned shifts
