• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS (via American Heart Association), ARRT (R)(CT) required 4. License: VA or compact license in hand at time of submittal - no exceptions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm with weekend call rotation 8. RTO: Required with submission, reviewed and approved on per case basis 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No RN candidates considered if permanent address is less than 50 miles from facility; current address must be included with submittal; facility will consider allied positions if permanent address is less than 50 miles 11. Background: Will not accept any prior license or background hits - any history eliminates candidate from consideration 12. Modules: 3 hours required, billable, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: First time traveler okay 14. Scrubs: Black scrubs required (not provided) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed 16. Special Equipment: Siemens CT scanner experience preferred Critical: Facility cannot accommodate PAPR - any fit test issues eliminate candidate. EKG testing required for certain units with 80% pass rate, one attempt only, no remediation available.
