Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

UnitedHealth Group

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for hospice services in Washington state. The role involves conducting initial nursing evaluations within 48 hours of referral, assessing patient and family needs, coordinating care plans, and documenting progress.
