Responsibilities: Provide attentive, hands-on childcare and supervision in a safe home environment Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play Transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space Communicate openly and regularly with parents regarding the child's well-being and daily activities Provide light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry and meal prep Requirements: Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying strongly preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families About Us: Havenova Home Care Solutions is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to improving the quality of life for families across West Hartford, CT and beyond.
