Data Center Electrical EngineerOur client, a global player in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Data Center Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting project development and execution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Houston, TexasPay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 base plus bonus, stock, benefitsWhat's the Job?Support the electrical scope of large-scale data center projects from design through commissioning.Review and approve electrical drawings, designs, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to evaluate quotations and technical specifications.Design and analyze electrical systems including load lists, single line diagrams, and earthing protection systems.Assist during manufacturing, installation, troubleshooting, and site commissioning activities.What's Needed?Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.2 to 10 years of experience in electrical design or engineering, preferably in data center infrastructure.Proficiency with ETAP, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software, PE highly desired!Knowledge of electrical power systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution units.Ability to interpret industry standards, codes, and regulations such as IEC, NEC, OSHA, and NFPA.What's in it for me?Competitive salary aligned with your experience and expertise.Opportunity to work on innovative and large-scale data center projects.Engagement with a dynamic and supportive team environment.Professional growth and development opportunities within a leading organization.Access to comprehensive benefits including healthy bonus plan, health plans, 401(k) with match, stock and more.
