Description Now Hiring: Route Service & Sales Representative | Albuquerque, NM Looking for a job where you aren't stuck behind a desk? Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative to join our Albuquerque team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll manage a local route, service commercial dishwashing equipment, deliver and restock products, and build relationships with customers. No commercial dishwasher experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training. What You'll Do Manage an assigned local customer route using a company vehicle Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues and make basic repairs Build relationships with restaurant and food-service customers Identify customer needs and recommend additional products and solutions Complete your assigned route and prepare your company vehicle for the following day What You'll Get $23/hour , with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000 Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation Company vehicle during business hours Company phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Career progression into a Service & Sales Representative role, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000–$75,000 Who Does Well Here You may be a strong fit if you have experience in route delivery, route sales, pest control, food or beverage distribution, field service, customer service, merchandising, or another fast-paced physical job .
