Looking for a sales career where your effort actually determines how far you can go?
The Whittingham Agencies – Liberty National is growing throughout the Midwest and looking for motivated, competitive, people-focused individuals who want to build a career in sales.
Whether your background is in retail, wireless, automotive, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, or sales , we can teach you our business.
No insurance experience required. Training and mentorship are provided.

$60,000–$80,000 first-year earning potential

Meet with local businesses and their employees
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Present supplemental benefit options
Help employees select coverage based on their needs
Develop and maintain client relationships
Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for people who are:
Competitive and goal-oriented
Confident talking with people
Coachable and willing to learn
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
Looking for more income and long-term career growth
High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required

Compensation & Location
This is an in-person, field-based sales opportunity with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Location: In person
