This individual will oversee tour forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, road staff management, and client service - ensuring a high-touch, full-service experience across US and Canadian tours. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, a calm demeanor under pressure, and deep experience in the touring merchandise space.What you'll do:Tour Planning & ForecastingDevelop and execute tour merchandise forecasts based on historical sales, demographics, and venue-specific data.Partner with internal teams to coordinate timelines for product development, production, and delivery.Collaborate with artist’s management to align projections with tour schedules and creative direction.Monitor and adjust product line performance to maximize sales and minimize overages.Road & Inventory ManagementOversee all aspects of road inventory including planning, warehouse coordination, and on-tour stock levels.Ensure all inventory is accurately tracked in systems such as AtVenu and Excel.Train, supervise, and support road staff and tour representatives to ensure consistency in execution and reporting.Travel to select live events to oversee execution, train staff, and uphold presentation standards.Logistics & FulfillmentLead all logistics related to US and Canadian touring including freight, customs, and venue coordination.Execute timely tour pulls and shipments, including essential vending equipment (POS systems, signage, displays, etc).Maintain vendor and freight partner relationships to ensure cost-effective, timely, and reliable service.Settlements, Financials & ReportingCollect nightly settlements from venues and road teams, ensuring timely, accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date financial tracking across all shows and routings.Audit expenses, monitor float and cash flow, and report discrepancies or issues to finance and leadership.Provide regular summaries of tour performance, risks, and opportunities.Client & Internal CollaborationServe as the primary point of contact for client needs during tour cycles.Liaise between Artist Relations, Account Management, eCom, Production, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.Proactively communicate feedback from the road to inform future product development and process improvements.Maintain ongoing communication with clients, Account Managers, and leadership, ensuring expectations are exceeded at every step.Who you are:5+ years of experience in tour merchandise operationsProficiency in AtVenu and ExcelExcellent interpersonal skills with clear, professional written and verbal communicationExperience managing tour reps, vendors, and US / Canadian logisticsHigh attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational habitsAbility to thrive in high-pressure environments with composure and focusStrategic and creative problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvementWillingness to travel when necessary and work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsPassion for live music, artist collaboration, and fan experienceExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume merchandise companyBackground interfacing with artist teams, venue contacts, and senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with tax compliance, local vendor sourcing, and Canadian customs processesAbility to work in ambiguity while being adaptable to ever changing shifts, changes and seasonal ebbs and flows of the businessWhat we give you:You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to channel your passion every day A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork empowering you to bring your best An attractive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401K + employer matching Voluntary benefits like company-paid identity theft protection and resources for pets, mental health and meditation resources, industry-leading fertility coverage, fully paid leave for childbirth or bonding, fully paid leave for caregivers, programs for loved ones with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity, subsidized back-up child and elder care, and reimbursement for adoption, surrogacy, tuition, and student loans Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
