RFP Specialist

Supporting the Client Information Response Team, the full-time remote RFP Specialist will manage the lifecycle of responses to law firm, government, and corporate RFPs and RFIs, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities Assist with managing the response lifecycle from initial review to final submission Collaborate with Business Owners and team members to create compliant proposals and responses Track and maintain RFP content, ensuring it is current and accurate while suggesting process improvements Required qualifications Experience in crafting proposals that meet client requirements Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with response management platforms Exceptional organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively within a global team Self-motivated with strong time management capabilities
