Location: Irving, TX - Fulltime Position Roles & Responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a business analyst
- Proficient in Agile methodology and utilization of JIRA and confluence
- Should have an automation background (RPA/Xceptor/Test automation) to collaborate proactively with stakeholders and identify opportunities for strategic automation initiatives.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, user stories, and detailed specifications, ensuring a clear roadmap for automation projects.
- Contribute to project planning and estimation, provide technical governance to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time.
- Facilitate unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production implementation
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track
- Deep dive into business processes and uncover automation opportunities.
