Job Details Location: Westhaven – Stillwater, OK 74074 Position: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse (Part‑Time) Equal Opportunity Employer Purpose of this Position Supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action. Commit to person‑centered care by embracing resident choice and supporting resident‑preferred routines in all aspects of daily living. Qualifications Current nurses license in the State in good standing. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Effective documentation and oral communication skills. Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs. Ability to direct, delegate and follow up on programs and care of the residents. Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Ability to use/demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment.
