Core Responsibilities Lead Qualification and Conversion: Quickly engage inbound leads from our lead team, qualify prospects, and close transactions using our CRM system and transaction platform with proven workflows. Pipeline Development: Supplement broker-sourced leads with personal prospecting and referral network development to build a balanced lead generation model that grows over time beyond team reliance. Solo Practice Operations: Manage your own business systems, marketing, and client relationships independently, with broker support available when needed for complex issues or compliance guidance.
