Emergency Room – Registered Nurse

Schedule: Shift: Days Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week for a 3x12 schedule

Assignment Details: Patient Ratio: 1:4

Requirements: Minimum 2 years RN experience Travel experience required BCLS/BLS, ACLS, NIH (NIHSS), PALS certifications required Preferred: CPI, TNCC Experience with trauma, airway management/intubation, IV/vasopressors, and pediatric emergency care is required Epic charting system experience required

Roles & Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions in an emergency setting. Provide critical care and life support to patients as necessary Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Respond effectively to emergency situations with appropriate interventions Support and educate patients and their families regarding health issues

Compliance / Notes: RTO: Max 7 days without manager approval; no RTO in the first week of assignment; no new RTO after submission. Scrub color: Navy Parking: Free Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
