The Jr. Concierge acts as the front‑line representative for GHPS, building long‑term relationships with homeowners and connecting them with our comprehensive list of services. Compensation is paid per lead set and per deal closed. Lead Qualification: Pre‑qualify leads by assessing their needs and financial capacity. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for senior concierges, ensuring accurate handoff and confirmed customer information (name, phone, email, ownership duration, decision‑makers). Customer Relationship Building: Develop trust with homeowners and serve as their trusted advisor throughout the engagement. Professional Development: Engage in in‑office, field, and online training on company offerings, sales techniques, and real‑estate investment strategies. Background and drug testing may be required. Reliable transportation: must have a vehicle and be willing to travel approximately 90% within Charlotte and Rock Hill areas. Ability to work full time (30–40 hours) and commit to a full‑time schedule as an independent contractor. Employment Conditions This is a 1099 independent contractor position requiring full‑time commitment. Contractors are responsible for their own 401(k) and retirement plans. Optional health insurance and wellness stipends are available after six months of training.
