Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Waco, TX

Pfizer seeks a Neuroscience Health and Science Professional to drive sales and build customer relationships in assigned territories, promoting migraine therapies. The role combines field-based and virtual engagement with strategic business development and disease state education.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and relationship development in assigned territory through strategic account and call planning
• Engage customers face-to-face and virtually using appropriate digital engagement strategies
• Educate healthcare providers on product and disease state information using approved clinical resources
• Analyze internal reports and data to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and meet business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (associate's with 6+ years or high school diploma with 8+ years)
• Minimum 2 years professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license meeting company standards; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Residency within 25 miles of assigned territory (Waco, Arlington, Mansfield)
• Customer and market acumen with analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to work remotely

Compensation: $76,000 - $199,600 annual base salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
