We are looking for a candidate with strong F&I experience, a proven ability to maximize product penetration while maintaining compliance, and excellent customer service skills. Make extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers / utilize the menu selling process. Ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete using a deal checklist. Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Work closely with the sales team. Follow all processes. Ensure all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations. Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents. Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution. Reinforce company policies / adhere to company standards / reporting requirements. Attend weekly manager meetings. Qualities Previous Finance Manager experience. Must be a documented 3500+PVR and 250% Product penetration producer. Experience with Docupad or similar is a plus.
