A growing hospice where your voice and clinical expertise matter. What You’ll Do Manage a hospice caseload with full ownership of patient care and coordination. Deliver pain and symptom management focused on comfort and dignity. Serve as the primary RN for patients and families , guiding them through end-of-life care. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and the interdisciplinary team. Educate families and caregivers with clarity, compassion, and confidence . Provide care in homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings . What You’ll Bring Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license. Experience in hospice, oncology, ICU, or palliative care . Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently. Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care . Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
