Job Description About this role WILDBIRD – Better Chicken for Better Communities At WILDBIRD, we make real food from scratch every day — fresh, fast, and full of flavor. We're on a mission to build healthier communities and leave people better than we found them. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients for the line — chopping, portioning, marinating, and organizing mise en place. Follow recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency across all locations. Maintain cleanliness and proper food storage, following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Work early morning shifts to get the kitchen ready before service begins.
