Chapter & Page Counseling

Company Description Chapter & Page Counseling is a mental health practice based in Knoxville, TN and phoenix AZ. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered counseling services for nuerodivergent families. We do offer cpunseling services ro a wide variety of clients but our primary focus is nuerodveegent population. The practice focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. Counselors are encouraged to collaborate, share insights, and use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. The organization values professional growth, ethical practice, and respect for diversity in all aspects of care.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Counselor role based in either Phoenix, AZ or Knoxville, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Counselor will provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling, including intake assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, and treatment planning. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and adhering to professional and legal standards. The role also involves participating in case consultations groups to help support your clinical growth. We using evidence-based interventions, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients. Counselors may engage in limited administrative duties related to scheduling, follow-up, and communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or license-eligible status as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Tennessee or Arizona or have a compact elligible state license.
  • Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.G., CBT, DBT, Play Therapy)
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold client confidentiality, and work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid model, including in-person sessions in either Phoenix, AZ or Knoxville, TN and remote sessions when appropriate.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a consistent caseload.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic technology used for telehealth services.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision or consultation, and adherence to applicable professional codes of ethics.
