Founding Recruiter — GTM & Tech (Onsite NYC)

A High-Growth AI Health-Tech Startup / Series A (Backed by Top-Tier VCs) is looking to hire two Founding Recruiters to own and scale their talent engine from the ground up to power their next phase of hyper-growth. One role is focused on GTM roles and the other role is focused on Technical roles. As a Founding Recruiter, you will partner directly with our co-founders and leadership team to define our hiring bar, design scalable recruitment infrastructure, and execute full-cycle sourcing strategies. Founding Recruiter – Go-To-Market (GTM) The Focus (90%): Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps. Build pipelines for quota-carrying sales reps and commercial leaders in a fast-moving market. Operations (10%): Maintain ATS hygiene, scorecards, interviewer training, and agency partnerships. Ideal Profile: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on commercial/GTM roles at high-growth startups. (B2B SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences experience is a plus!) The Focus (90%): Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Data, and Product. Source and close elite technical talent across frontier tech stacks and complex system architectures. Operations (10%): Maintain ATS hygiene, calibrate technical scorecards/take-homes, and manage specialized agency relationships. Ideal Profile: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with the technical credibility to engage senior engineers and AI researchers. (AI/ML, infrastructure, or Series A scaling experience is a plus!) WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN BOTH ROLES 5+ years of agency or in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startup environments.
