Salary Range: $45-54.22 based on experience

Available Shifts: Evenings and Nights

Shift Differentials: Evening (EVE) and Night (NOC)

Our organization operates Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:

• Long-term care for residents requiring ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
• Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care , with nursing, therapy, and medical teams working in unison
• A diverse patient demographic , including those with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction and ensuring that care and services enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Criteria

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.
