Job Title: HR Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee and support all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of HR experience , including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. This role requires a proactive professional who can partner with leadership, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure HR policies and practices align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and fill open positions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee questions regarding benefits and policies.
• Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support performance review processes, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Assist with compensation planning, salary reviews, and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience supporting a multi-site or growing organization.
• Experience with employee engagement, performance management, and talent development programs.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
