Our Front Office Lead is a BIG part of that experience. You’ll be one of the faces and voices of our practice—welcoming patients with a smile, keeping the front office running smoothly, coordinating treatment and implant consultations, communicating with patients, and working closely with me, our office manager, and our clinical team.

I’m looking for someone who is warm, confident, polished, organized, proactive, and naturally great with people. Someone who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, stays calm when things get busy, and brings positive energy to the team.

Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure every patient feels cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

• Own the daily schedule and patient communication, including scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, voicemails, emails, texts, and new patient inquiries.

• Coordinate new patient and implant consultations, working closely with our marketing agency to schedule and follow up appropriately.

• Help coordinate treatment and financial arrangements, including treatment plans, insurance, financing, and payments.

• Proactively contact patients to fill openings and maximize the daily schedule.

• Partner with Dr. Chris, the clinical team, and administrative staff to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Help support the front office team with positive energy, strong communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to creating an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dental front office experience preferred, with experience in scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, and patient communication.

• Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software.

• Exceptional communication skills with a warm, confident speaking voice and the ability to make patients feel genuinely welcome and cared for.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , with the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.

• Proactive, dependable, and accountable —someone who sees what needs to be done and takes ownership without always being asked.

• Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients in a confident, compassionate, and non-pressured way.

• A genuine desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a high-performing practice that values excellence, teamwork, and an excellent patient experience.
