Locally owned Residential Multifamily company is seeking an experienced Multifamily HVAC Technician to join our growing team serving multifamily communities throughout the DFW area.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, replacing and maintaining HVAC systems in multifamily residential communities.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform warranty service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with property management teams, ownership and residents
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must meet company vehicle insurance eligibility requirements and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
• Must pass drug test
