Join The Arc of Washington County as a Summer Job Coach and get paid to make a real impact. In this role, you'll work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping them learn job skills and succeed in real work environments.

Great for college students, those exploring careers in human services, or anyone looking for purposeful summer work.
What You'll Do:

• Support individuals at community job sites
• Help teach and reinforce job tasks and workplace expectations
• Build confidence, independence, and communication skills
• Provide ongoing coaching and support throughout the workday

Requirements:

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver's license (held at least 2 years)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment requirements
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support
• Must be available for 2 weeks of paid training (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
