Travel RN - Med/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Swing Bed Med/Surg position in Enterprise, AL, requiring at least 1 year of hospital experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Med/Surg unit (Floor 3) specializing in swing bed/rehab care including wound care, PT, and IV therapy,
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required,
• Current BLS certification required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start),
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital Med/Surg experience required,
• Long-term care experience preferred,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• Valid driver's license required for consideration,
• US Social Security Number required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Provides nursing care to swing bed rehab patients, including wound care management, coordination with PT, and IV therapy,
• Candidates must permanently reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local travelers will not be considered,
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible,
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
