Position Summary The Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Deskt serves as an essential member of our team by helping patients understand their treatment plans, scheduling appointments, reviewing financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth check-out experience. Responsibilities Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans to patients Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities Coordinate financing options and collect payments Schedule treatment appointments and follow-up visits Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Confirm appointments and manage the provider schedule Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding balances Provide exceptional customer service and patient support Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascendpreferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Supportive and team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday 2 Saturdays a month required We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Friendly and patient-focused ✔ Dependable and detail-oriented ✔ Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements ✔ A team player with a positive attitude ✔ Committed to providing excellent customer service Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles! ✨
