Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Flexible Hours
Join Absolut Center of Endicott, a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility, in providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Our commitment to our residents and their families is unparalleled, and we're seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our progressive team.
About the Role:
As a COTA at Absolut Center of Endicott, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Following treatment plans to help restore day-to-day functionality
- Providing personable solutions to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Assisting with the restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
Requirements:
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Responsible, caring, and dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping patients and making a positive impact
- Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
