Sr. Product Manager

The impact you will make:
Be the voice of our merchants and end-customers
Continuously prioritize the needs of customers and the business, with an eye on future growth.
Define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in partnership with your team and stakeholders
Gather insights, including customer research, external market data, business
intelligence, and stakeholder feedback.
Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.
Partner with design and engineering teams to develop feature requirements, create UI/UX
designs and wireframes, testing strategies, and go to market plans.
Collaborate with functions across the business, including Engineering, Design, Operations,
Customer Support, and Sales.
Define and execute a go to market strategy for each innovation cycle.
Communicate product priorities across the company, seeking feedback on an ongoing basis.
Inspire and support your team to drive meaningful results for the business.

What you bring to the table:
You have 5+ years of product management experience in a Fintech organization, ideally in lending.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for storytelling.
You are highly collaborative and can pivot your approach to get to the best collective outcome.
You’re experienced working with agile development processes.
You have a growth mindset and bring positive energy in the face of adversity.
Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals and metrics, and aid in the prioritization of initiatives and features. 
Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
