What You’ll Do As a caregiver (PCA)/Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and community, helping them live safely and independently. Duties May Include Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meals, housekeeping) Supporting community outings and appointments Encouraging independence and choice Building meaningful, respectful relationships Why CRI?
