CRM Product Specialist

Intapp's Sales and Revenue Operations teams rely on a best-in-class quoting and opportunity management system to close deals faster and maintain audit integrity. We're seeking a CRM Specialist to own the design and continuous improvement of our DealCloud and Opportunity-to-Quote ecosystem.You'll partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to architect workflows that accelerate deal velocity, enforce pricing governance, and reduce manual work.What you will do:Solution Design & ArchitectureDesign the end-to-end quote lifecycle: qualification configuration pricing approval closureBecome an expert in DealCloud and opportunity-to-quote workflowsDefine integration architecture between DealCloud, CPQ tools, and downstream billing/contract systemsEstablish dashboards and reporting to track pipeline, conversion, and approval bottlenecksOperational Leadership & GovernanceDevelop and maintain solution documentation and design standardsOwn quote approval hierarchies, discount governance, and pricing strategy implementationDesign and enforce data validation rules, stage progression logic, and audit trails across the opportunity lifecycleEstablish best practices around change management, solution governance, and release coordinationEnablement & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Revenue Ops) to translate needs into technical requirementsDeliver training and documentation to support teams and end-usersProactively identify future capability needs and propose iterative solutionsWork with Integration and Data Solutions teams to address technical dependenciesWhat you will need:Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience5+ years of systems-facing work with demonstrated progression2+ years specifically in CRM configuration and solution architectureUnderstanding of how business processes map to system designHands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable CRMReal exposure to CPQ tools (DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, Conga preferred)Deep understanding of sales cycle processes: opportunity qualification quote generation deal closureAbility to design system architecture across multiple platformsComfort with data flow, integration patterns, and reporting requirementsExperience working with revenue operations, sales operations, or finance teamsStrategic communicator who translates between business and technical teamsStrong documentation practices and attention to change managementProblem-solver who thinks proactively about future needsListener who asks good questions and validates requirements before designingBonus if you have:Subscription or recurring revenue business model backgroundDealCloud or Intapp OnePlace platform experienceQuote approval hierarchy and discount governance designERP/billing system integration architectureCPQ process automation and workflow designWhat you will gain:At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
