AM/PM Banquet Captain

Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a Captain to join our Banquet leadership team during both AM and PM events. Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential. Compensation for our Banquet Captain position is base rate of pay per hour plus gratuity. Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person Activities of our Banquet Captains include organizing and supervising the service team for business meetings and social events and acting as a primary contact for our guests during each event. Service experience preferred but not required. What is required is a strong leadership presence and the ability to delegate responsibilities and over-see their completion. AM Banquet Captains would typically work during the opening shift Monday-Friday with flexibility in scheduling including some weekends and holidays. PM Banquet Captains would be working the PM closing shift position.
